Chronology of cameras Jonte
This camera is not easy to use. The locking system of the two rods that ensure the verticality of the plate on the front is not very efficient (May be because of the weight of the lens attached). This perhaps explains why it is not easy to find it nowadays. On the upper side of the housing there is an oval plate made of "nacre" bearing the brand Jonte. The same model of folding plate is listed, No. 273 in the Guide Michel Auer 1990 under the brand Mackenstein. The last manufacturer / dealer did not hide that he could supply all kinds of cameras.
